Ridiculous

After a 9 year court battle Carl Murphy has been awarded £567,000 ($1,077,000) for injuries he sustained while attempting to break into a warehouse. In England justice isn’t blind, it’s left on holiday.

But just listen to his Grandmum! He was such a nice, anassuming, gentle juvenile delinquent, criminally tresspassing nine-year-old before falling through that roof. Just look at the rest of his exemplary family; clearly it's his tumble that's brought all of them to crack-dealing, house-breaking, assaulting ruin.

Ah well, we'll always have the MacDonald's Coffee Incident (if that isn't just an urban legend, but I don't feel like looking it up as it's one A.M. and I'm still at school). F*cking broken computer.

The McDonald's coffee case is often sited as a failure of American jurisprudence. However, the fact of the matter is that the woman suffered third degree burns and required skin grafts. Yes, coffee should be served hot, but this McDonald's knowingly served a dangerous product.

Now if we as a people don't protect the offensive and criminally stupid, who will? I'm just kidding. We should push them all into a giant meat grinder.

Be sure to wash the coffee off first.
