Our porous borders are a national disgrace. Our porous borders are helping create an easily oppressed underclass. Our porous borders are a national security nightmare, a ticking time bomb waiting to happen.
Hillary’s answer? Give the illegals access to tuition rates that American citizens don’t. Evil Jeremy moved from Ohio to NC and must fork over “out of state” rates, but if Hilary has her way anyone willing to break US immigration law won’t. A law like her will only embolden more illegal immigration, and offers a financial incentive to those how would enter legally to not do so. The worst though is that her proposed law would create an environment where terrorist operatives that have sneaked into the US could learn more about how to make more effective weapons in our own schools at a subsidized cost that poor Evil Jeremy can’t get to learn about 17th century English literature.
I say, if you aren’t a US Citizen, or have neither a work or school visa then the INS should be waiting for you one the first day of orientation. But then I am just one private citizen more concerned with the health and security of my country than I am about ensuring I get the “hispanic vote”.

Perhaps we could also have a suicide bomber grant? A full-ride tuition that includes the cost of explosives, detonators and their choice of either belts or vests? This kind of thing (her "ideas" on immigration) are exactly why she will NOT win in 2008. The people are dying for a candidate who will stand up for America and defend our borders. I only hope that whoever the Republican candidate is (please let it be George Allen!), they have enough courage to take on the illegal immigrant lobbyists and enforce the borders. I truly believe that this will be the ticket to the White House in '08.
I agree with you that someone strong on illegal immigration would stand a good shot. I have a hard time believing that the average person of “Hispanic” dissent that is a US citizen actually wants the borders wide open to illegals. It seems more like pandering to the “leaders” of the Hispanic community would certainly do want a unguarded border as that will lead to more overall Hispanics with the addition of the illegals which in turn increases their political power. Right now both Bush and the Dems are shamelessly whoring out our future and security for the votes a few self appointed leaders claim they can offer.
So wait a second...you're saying that me going $35,000 into debt to go to school three states away from where I was born, while someone illegally receiving taxpayer funded high-school education while illegally immigrating from a foreign nation, and then receiving in-state college tuition despite being legal residents of another country, when the U.S. allows people from those nations to immigrate legally, is unfair?

I certianly hope I did not give you the impression that I thought it is an "unfair" plan. I do not think it's unfair. Fucking ridiculous yes, but unfair, no.
I think it's all about money. Hillary wants the money and the "votes" from groups like La Raza (which means 'The Race'... now who are the racists?) in 2008. In exchange, she's willing to give a bunch of illegals some of my money, your money, EJ's money, so on and so forth. Of course, I'm not sure how many votes one can get from illegal immigrants considering that in most of the states that matter, you have to be a legal resident to vote. Sure, she could expand her majority in California but does it really matter? Whether you win a state by 1,000 votes or a million, you still only get their electoral votes... no bonus votes.
Bush is a different kind of pimp. He's pimping out our futures to keep the farmers happy. They rely on these illegals to pick their oranges, tomatoes, etc. because they work for damn near free. These farmers threaten us with raising our food prices if we strip them of this cheap labor but we'd save the money on taxes. Personally, I'd rather piss off the farmers and boot the illegals.
Did you see where the Minutemen are now operating in southern California? Soon, they hope to expand all the way from Brownsville, TX to San Diego. I hope they can make it permanent. God bless them!
